Planning and coordination

Perhaps you have your venue and a few vendors booked, but need help with the rest. Perhaps you have a handle on the vendors, but want expert advice on the design and decor to turn the vision in your mind into a reality. Perhaps you have no vision at all! We can help.

Day of Coordinating-

  • Free initial consultation

  • (2) In-person meetings - 4 weeks before event, and one at venue for a walk through to learn your wedding/event vision inside and out.

  • Complete wedding/event management for the day of event execution up 8 hours, including one additional team member provided for up to (5) five hours to assist.

  • Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving the day of your wedding/event.

  • Timeline creation of wedding/event day details that will be distributed to vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Day of vendor management and coordination of all contracted vendors.

  • Greet vendors and be the point of contact the day of event

  • Set up assistance of venue decor

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors.

  • Retrieve wedding gifts/cards. Personally hand the cards to you or otherwise specified person (must be in writing), at the end of the night.

  • Arrange for all your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

  • Provide toiletry basket for female restroom

  • Provide Emergency kit

    Day of Coordination 100 guests or less starts @ $800

Partial Planning - .

The Partial Planning service combines Day of Coordination Package with an additional 20 hours of consultations where you decide what you need help with, whatever that may be. Below are some options. Don’t see what you need? We will be glad to help!

  • Free Initial consultation

  • Serve as point of contact/liaison for all vendors beginning eight (8) weeks prior to wedding date

  • Create a wedding/event planning checklist

  • Supply any needed vendor recommendations

  • Negotiating and contracting any needed hotel room blocks.

  • Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice.

  • Develop and oversee your budget. Keep track of when your payments are due so no deadline ever gets missed.

  • Stuff, stamp, and mail invitations

  • Review all vendor contracts

  • Assist in styling concept of event spaces

  • Assistance with save the date, invitation, program and menu wording

  • Attend tasting and sample table

  • Provide spreadsheet templates for the following: guest list, RSVP’s, seating plan, photography shot list, payment schedule, ceremony music, and reception “do not play” list

  • Lead all vendor walk through (eight (8) weeks prior to wedding date

  • Apparel advice

  • Guest bags and party favors

Styling

Trying to make sense of all your wedding Pinterest boards? Or maybe you have your entire day ready to style and just need us to make it happen. Either way, our styling assistance is just what you need.

CC Package Concept and Create Package.

At 40winkz we love, love, love styling events and our CC Package is not only our most popular option, but also our favorite. Sit back and relax because we take care of every design element. Beginning with our intitial meet, we will work together to create a cohesive and perfectly executed design, that is unique to you and your vision. Then it’s full speed ahead with site visits, inspiration boards, and mock table set-ups for your consideration. Then on your wedding day, we’re there for the set-up of all the design elements, from the ceremony backdrop to reception tablescapes, right down to the smaller details such as place settings and linens.

CC Package starts @ $2000

The price includes design concept, set-up, styling and pack down of the ceremony and reception, Inquire for more details. Inventory rentals extra.

TDO Package The Day Of Setup Package.

If you are the quintessential diy bride who has meticulously curated your wedding decor and have all your styling setup sorted, or….

You are adding basic items from our Rental Section,

40winkz will take over from there! A few weeks prior to your wedding day, we will meet with you to discuss your detailed styling plans and vision of your sorted styling setup. The Day Of Setup includes two team members for basic setup such as place-cards, favors, centerpieces, candles, flower placement etc. with pack down available. too!

TDO Package hourly rate apply @ $30 per hour per team member. Additional travel fees over 15 miles.
